1. How do I BUY a product?
We have made it really easy to purchase from www.frocked.co.uk, just follow these simple steps:
a. Shop by browsing through our collections using the links on the left-hand side of the page, or by using the Search tool.
b. Click on an image to go to the item's detailed product page.
c. Click on the BUY button to add the item to your basket, to save for later.
d. You can then review the items you have chosen, CHANGE the quantities, or REMOVE any items if you so wish.
e. Click on the BUY NOW button and you will be taken to stage 1 of 3, where you will then be able to input your delivery and billing details; note - you can view a table to calculate the cost of delivery, by clicking on ‘delivery prices’ in the paragraph.
f. You will then be taken to the secure payment page where your payment will be securely processed through PayPal; recognised worldwide & used by companies as renowned as Harrods. You can choose to pay either through your PayPal account or with your credit/debit card; you do not need a PayPal account.
2. How will I know if the item I want is IN STOCK?
Some items are not kept in stock but are made-to-order specially for your purchase, however if something held in stock is sold out, when you view the item you will be informed of this. If we mistakenly sell you an item that is out-of-stock we will e-mail you informing you of this and asking if you wish to purchase another item. You should be aware however, that even though a product is in your shopping bag, it can still be purchased by another customer until you have checked out.
3. How do I PAY for my item/s?
When you have finished shopping just click on the BUY NOW button and follow the instructions, inputting your billing then delivery details and proceeding to the secure payment page; you can then fill out your card and card-holder address details securely with PayPal or pay with your PayPal account.
4. Will you CONFIRM receipt of my order?
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received/payment confirmation from PayPal. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, we will be accept your order. We will e-mail you to notify you if any of the items you ordered are not in stock, and to request further instructions.

This will be added to your order so that you can see your order total just before you proceed to the payment page. Your order will be shipped express/signed for within 2-3 business days unless made-to-order, which can take 4-6 weeks unless otherwise stated. Import duties & local taxes may be applicable for your country of destination, which you may be asked to pay. You can contact us if you have any questions.6. Do you mail to POST OFFICE BOXES?
No, we do not mail orders to PO Boxes.
7. Do you mail to MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
At present, we only ship to one address per order; if you wish to have items mailed to different addresses, then these will have to be as different orders.
8. How long will I have to WAIT for my order?
Once your order has been accepted we will endeavour to dispatch all in-stock orders by express shipping, within 2-3 business/working days, however please allow up to 15 business/working days as external factors do, and can for whatever reason, cause delays. Made to order items can take 4-6 weeks unless otherwise stated.
9. How is my order DELIVERED?
We ship all orders, other than standard, express and these will need signed for.
10. Can I TRACK my order?
To track your order you will need to visit www.royalmail.com for UK orders and go to Track and Trace, type in your 13 digit reference number, which we will have e-mailed to you. If you have any further queries then the Royal Mail Site has a list of questions, or further links, that will answer these. Overseas orders may be trackable through the chosen couriers Website, details of which will be e-mailed to you when we despatch your order.
11. How do I RETURN an item/CANCEL an order?

12. Which COUNTRIES do you DELIVER to?
Frocked.co.uk delivers to the European Community (EC) via the Website, including UK and Ireland, and the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia etc. We will let you know if we can proceed with any orders from elsewhere, pending Customs procedures, if you e-mail us your details (including country) and what you would like to order. (...or pop in and ask your local boutique to stock Frocked!)
Contact us for further details if you are unsure of whether we deliver to your country, before you place an order. If we do receive an order from a country that we do not yet deliver to, then we will refund you and notify of why, to the e-mail supplied when placing your order.

13. How do I know it will FIT?
As sizes in various stores never seem to be the same, we have amended our sizing to accommodate the more modern woman’s shape; you can view more details on the sizing charts viewable via the link on the product page. If the fit is not right for you, then you can return the item, or exchange it for a different size.
14. How do I get my local boutique to STOCK Frocked:
