You will see your full order total, including shipping and delivery, before you make your payment. Your order will be shipped express/signed for within 2-3 business days unless made-to-order, which can take 4-6 weeks or otherwise stated. Import duties and local taxes may be applicable outside the EU; cost dependent on country of destination, and you may be asked to pay before delivery.

How to return an item
Our 7-day returns guarantee assures that if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us UNWORN for a full refund or replacement 7 days from receiving. Please be aware that we will not refund or replace any items that have been worn unless they are deemed faulty, therefore please ensure you do not wear perfume, deodorant or make-up, when trying on garments, as these may leave a mark/aroma resulting in them becoming ‘non-returnable’. The garment must be in the same condition it was upon dispatch with tags intact, unless it is faulty. Please check all garments upon delivery before removing any attached tags; if no tags attached when you receive, please notify us on the day of delivery to ensure we will accept it as a return if needed.
Please note that at present you are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us. Any original shipping charges will be refunded to you in full, but any commission charges from your bank, or international customs charges will not be refunded.
To enable us to process your refund efficiently, please follow these steps:
1. Notify us via the e-mail/contact page within 7 days of the date you received the item, informing us that you wish to return the item and why.
2. In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
3. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with order number and reason for returning.

*For your own protection, we do recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service that also insures you for the full cost of the garment.
We will notify you via email when we have processed your refund.
Cancelling Orders
If you place your order then realise you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us stating your order reference and the reason you wish to cancel. Made-to-order items will be considered on an individual basis.
Where we deliver to
Frocked.co.uk delivers to the European Community (EC) via the Website, including UK and Ireland, and the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. If we do receive an order from a country that we do not yet deliver to, then we will refund you and notify of why to the e-mail you supplied when placing your order. We will however let you know if we can proceed with any orders from elsewhere, pending Customs procedures, if you contact us with your details (including country) and what you would like to order. (...or pop in and ask your local boutique to stock Frocked!)
