Hear the gasps when you flutter on by in this fitted cocktail length evening dress with a full handkerchief-hem style skirt for special occasion dressing. Butterflies randomly flutter in a pale sheer silk-viscose devore over a turq-pink shimmer satin, pintuck detail on bust, back zip-fastening and ties to 'halter'.

Channels and bow-ties enhance the figure and 'drawstring' to alter hem length, ruffling the bodice as much as you desire; a definite occasion dress created with metres & metres of fabric for that special event.
