Just stunning.....from the Flutter dress range. A fitted, black cocktail dress with a full handkerchief-hem style skirt for special occasion dressing. Butterflies randomly flutter on a sheer silk-viscose devore over a black satin underlayer, with pintuck detail on bust, back zip-fastening and ties to 'halter'.

Channels and bow-ties 'drawstring' to alter length, and ruffle the body as much as you desire; a definite special occasion dress, created with metres & metres of fabric for that special event.
